Alex is a Specialist Periodontist with over a decades experience min the field.
Before starting his specialist training, Alex was working as a general dentist of almost 10 years giving him first hand experience of the challenges of every day dental practice. He has lectured and taught as clinical tutor at the University of Adelaide and is a member of the ITI, ANZAP and past president of the ADA Tasmania Branch.
His lecture style is approachable, informative and based on the latest evidence, but pragmatically focused on how to navigate the field of periodontics in a modern everyday general dental practice.
He is passionate about periodontics and teaching aiming to transfer theory and practical skill to general dentist aiming to expand their skill set and optimise their practice
